Adobe Substance 3D Modeler is an innovative sculpting and modeling app that aims at redefining how we create in 3D by combining VR and desktop experiences with a more natural approach to 3D modeling. This Act, developed in collaboration with the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, intends to do so by addressing the barriers to implementing protocols in emergency medical settings that would ensure evidence-based treatment of patients with substance use-related emergencies. Substance 3D Modeler Beta is currently available as part of Adobe’s Prerelease Program when it is ready, Modeler will join the Substance 3D Collection along with Substance 3D Designer, Painter, Stager, Sampler, and thousands of 3D assets. The Model Substance Use Disorder Treatment In Emergency Settings Act (Act) establishes and aligns mechanisms for maximizing emergency medical settings as intervention points for people who experience a substance use-related emergency, people with substance use disorders, and their families.
