Amulet: Aspect of Grasping Veins or Splintering Aspect if you have perfect gear & therefore max crit chance.

Optional: Aspect of Potent Blood, Osseous Gale Aspect.

Good: Deathless Visage Wind Striker Aspect, Edgemaster’s Aspect, Aspect of the Umbral, Aspect of the Protector, Aspect of Shielding Storm.

Mandatory: Splintering Aspect, Aspect of Grasping Veins, Aspect of Serration, Aspect of Disobedience Aspect of Exposed Flesh, OR Aspect of the Umbral.

I’m still in the process of testing a ton of different legendaries, and still refining what I think is best. There’s a ton of good ones and which ones you want to use depends on your build, what you have access to, etc.

Stand Alone (3), Memento Mori (3), Inspiring Leader (3).Serration (3), Compound Fracture (3), Evulsion (3).Corpse Tendrils (4), Enhanced Corpse Tendrils, Blighted Corpse Tendrils.Death’s Reach (3) Death’s Embrace (3) Or Amplify Damage (3).Decrepify (1), Enhanced Decrepify, Abhorrent Decrepify.Corpse Explosion (1) Grim Harvest (1) Fueled By Death (3).Unliving Energy (3), Imperfectly Balanced (3).Bone Spear (5), Enhanced Bone Spear, Paranormal Bone Spear.Iron Maiden for the essence generation & the heal on kill.Decrepify for the slow paired with a legendary for essence, cooldown reduction, & damage reduction.For your last skill pick between either one of the curses.Bone Storm for some DR, and a tiny bit of crit chance, very optional skill overall.Corpse Tendrils for a pixel-pull, CC, & massive damage buffs.Corpse Explosion for some conditional damage buffs.Blood Mist for the immunity/unstoppable.

Bone Spear for guaranteed vulnerable, and the highest damage in the game.Below is what I personally prefer and think is best for most scenarios.
